• Voucher is valid from Sun 2 Apr 2017 until Fri 30 Jun 2017, spa access: Mon - Fri 6.30am - 10pm, Sun 7am – 9pm, spa treatments available 10am - 6.30pm. Afternoon tea is served 12noon - 5pm.
• Excludes all Saturdays.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 16 Jun 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• Multiple purchases permitted.
• Over 16s only.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Maximum of 6 per group; subject to availability.
• Groups permitted; can be booked with multiple vouchers and receive treatments at the same time; max of 6 people per booking; subject to availability.
• For those who are pregnant or for cancer patients, the treatment can be adapted. Hot and cold stones will be removed from the treatment or a choice of facial and scalp massage will be offered as an alternative. Please discuss all health concerns at time of booking.
• Mummy massage is suitable for those who are pregnant.
• Experience will last approx. 4 hours; 2 x 25 mins treatments, 2 hours facility use, approx. 1 hour afternoon tea.
• Members can receive 50% off a third treatment booked in advance and £5 off a retail product; please discuss directly with spa.
• 2 hour thermal suite access including; 10 metre swimming pool, luxurious spa pool, steam room, gymnasium and relaxation area.
• Please note that children’s swim time in main pool is 8am - 11am and 4pm - 8pm during school holidays, and 9am - 10am and 4pm - 5pm during term time
• Includes use of robes and slippers.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
