Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 2 Dec 2019 until Mon 30 Nov 2020, Mon - Fri 12noon - 5pm and Sat 12noon - 5pm during Jan-Mar only; subject to availability.
• Excludes Saturdays in December, all Sundays and 20 Dec 2019 – 2 Jan, 14 - 15 Feb, 21 Mar 2020.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 17 Mar 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Max of 2 vouchers per table.
• Afternoon tea with tea or coffee; menu is subject to change
• Vegetarian options are available; please advise restaurant at time of booking. No gluten / wheat free options available.
• Option 2 includes a bottle of Prosecco to share. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption.  Please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
