Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 6 per group; subject to availability.

Please consult with your doctor or physician if you have any concerns regarding Halotherapy. Not advised for people with infections accompanied by fever, active tuberculosis, bleeding, spitting of blood, alcohol and/or drug intoxication.

Treatment duration: approx. 45mins per session. Please arrive 15mins in advance.

For mild to moderate respiratory conditions 10 to 12 sessions are recommended, depending on individual results. For skin issues it depends on the severity of the skin, please discuss directly with Serenity.

Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile phone or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival to avoid disappointment.
