Small print

• Voucher is valid from Wed 2 Jan 2019 until Tue 30 Apr 2019, Sun – Fri; subject to availability.
• Excludes Saturdays.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 9 Apr 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 14 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am.
• Shepherd’s Hut only; sleeps up to 4 in bunks.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with Samlesbury Hall.
• A security deposit of £50 is required when booking and can be paid directly to Samlesbury Hall with credit card, debit card or cash.
• Children permitted and included in the overall headcount, breakfast to be paid for as taken; payable directly to Samlesbury Hall.
• Dogs permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per stay and must be pre-booked directly with Samlesbury Hall. Please call prior to purchasing voucher to check if dog can be accommodated.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
