Small print

• Voucher is valid from Sun 7 Jan 2018 until Sun 25 Nov 2018, Sun only, 9am - 4pm; subject to availability.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 26 Oct 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple purchases permitted.
• Suitable for ages 2+; under 18’s must be accompanied by a paying adult.
• Duration approx. 45 mins inc safety checks, taxi, take-off and landing with a total of 30 mins flying time.
• Max of 5 people per flight.
• No height / weight restrictions as long as members can fit into the aircraft and be securely fitted with a seatbelt.
• Please note if flight has to be rescheduled due to adverse weather conditions you will be able to reschedule for another date. Blue Yonder will liaise with you directly to give updates with regards to pre-planned flights and any expected weather conditions which may impact a pre-booked flight.
• Suitable for those with mobility issues; no wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
