Small print

• Voucher is valid from Wed 4 Jan until Fri 31 March 2017. Treatments available: Mon 10am - 8pm, Wed & Thur 10am-6pm, Fri 10am - 8pm and Sat 10am - 6pm; subject to availability.
• Facilities available 6am-10pm.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 13 Mar 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours prior to your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16’s only; under 18’s must be accompanied by an adult.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time; subject to availability. Maximum of 3 per group.
• Most treatments are suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and for those in remission of cancers for two years or more.
• Please advise upon booking of any medical conditions, allergies or medications. This includes, but is not limited to: cancers or tumours, heart conditions, allergies, epilepsy or seizures, blood disorders, liver or kidney disorders, infections, joint or spine conditions, pregnancy or nursing, recent surgeries. 
• Treatment duration: approx. 2 x 25 min treatments plus consultation and use of facilities.
• Facilities include: pool, sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi and gymnasium and use of the relaxing spa lounge.
• Deal is valid for fully qualified therapists.
• Treatments are not interchangeable.
• Complementary car parking is available in the hotel car park - members are responsible for ensuring their details are logged with the spa upon arrival.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
