• Voucher is valid until Fri 3 Feb 2017, 7 days, Mon - Fri 9am - 8pm and Sat & Sun 10am - 8pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes 25, 26 Dec 2016 and 1, 2 Jan 2017.
• Please note a supplementary charge of £20 per person is require for Saturday and Sunday bookings; payable directly to spa.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 6 Jan 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16’s only.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Maximum of 8 per group; subject to availability.
• Massage is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding.
• Treatments may not be suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission and may require a doctor’s note of permission if have had cancer in the last 5 years.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa at time of booking.
• Treatment duration: 2 x 30 min treatments.
• Includes 2 hours use of spa facilities before or after treatments.
• Deal is valid for a fully qualified therapist.
• A supplementary charge of £6 is required for robes and slippers; payable directly to spa.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
