Small print

• Voucher is valid until Thur 28 Feb 2019, Mon – Fri 12noon – 6pm and Sat 12noon – 4pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sundays, 1 – 31 Dec 2018 and 14 Feb 2019.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 18 Feb 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases not permitted.
• Afternoon tea only; menu is subject to change.
• Option 1: max of 3 vouchers per table.
• Option 2: max of 2 vouchers per table as a combination of option 1 and 2 vouchers.
• Vegetarian options are available; please advise restaurant at time of booking. No gluten / wheat free options available.
• Includes a 125ml glass of Prosecco each.
• Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted; no children’s afternoon tea available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
