• Voucher is valid Mon 1 Oct until Fri 21 Dec 2018, Mon - Fri 9am - 8pm (treatment time) and 9am - 10pm (leisure facilities), Sat & Sun 9am - 6pm (treatment time) and 9am - 9pm (leisure facilities); subject to availability.
• A supplementary charge of £10 per person is required for Saturday bookings; payable directly to spa.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 7 Dec 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16’s only; under 18’s must be accompanied by an adult.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time; subject to availability.
• Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding; massage can be adapted, please discuss at time of booking.
• Facial only is suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.
• Treatment duration: approx. 25mins or 55mins inc 5 mins consultation.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Flip flops can be purchased for a supplementary charge of £3 per person and towels and robes can be hired if required for a supplementary charge of £5 per person; payable directly to spa.
• Includes access to leisure facilities: gym, spin studio, whirlpool spa, steam room, sauna & swimming pool.
• Please note swimming pool can be busy; please discuss quieter times with spa at time of booking.
• Light lunch is set menu only; menu is subject to change.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
