• Voucher is valid until 30 Jun 2016, Sun-Thur; subject to availability.
• Excludes all Fridays & Saturdays and 7-15 Apr, 1-2 May, 30 May-3 Jun 2016.
• Advanced booking required. Voucher must be booked by 9 Jun 2016 (we don't want you to miss out!)
• Once booking is confirmed, it cannot be amended or refunded.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check in 3pm-7pm, check out 10am.
• Members can extend their stay by a night for a full charge; please discuss and pay directly.
• Voucher is valid for 2 adults. In addition, a max of 3 adults/children can be accommodated per wigwam for a supplementary charge; £12 per child per night applies to 0-14 years, £24 per person per night applies to ages 14+. Please discuss and pay directly.
• Members must provide their own sleeping bags, pillows, towels & toiletries plus washing up essentials.
• Heating/electricity is not included but available through £1 coin operated meters; please pay directly.
• Members may hire the BBQ hut for exclusive use for a supplement of £25 per night (includes lighters & charcoal), or a camp fire for £10 per night on your first night (includes firelighters); subject to availability. Disposable BBQs are not permitted on site. Please book in advance and pay directly.
• On-site parking available.
• Dogs permitted (max of 2 small dogs per wigwam), £7 supplement per dog per night; subject to availability. Please discuss and pay directly.
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
