Option 1: Includes afternoon tea from a set menu; subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking

Options 2 & 3: Includes 2 x 25 min treatments per person; this can be swapped to 1 x 55 min treatment each. Please discuss directly. Treatment duration: approx. 25mins per treatment.

Maximum of 2 vouchers per booking. Guests may not receive treatments at the same time; times will be allocated as close together as possible; subject to availability.

Some of the treatments offered are not suitable for guests with certain medical ailments and conditions. Please inform spa if you have any of the following: epilepsy, allergies, heart condition, high/low blood pressure, scar tissue, varicose veins, skin conditions, diabetes, cancer, thyroid, pregnancy, recent operations. Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
