You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Suitable for ages 2+; under 18s must be accompanied by a paying adult.

Not suitable for those suffering from any serious medical condition or have recently undergone surgery, unless you have a certificate of fitness to fly from your doctor.

Duration includes safety checks, taxi, take off and landing with a total of 25 minutes flying time.

Max of 6 people per flight.

No height restrictions as long as members can fit into the aircraft and be securely fitted with a seatbelt.

A waiver must be signed prior to flying.

Max weight: 22 stone per individual person and a combined wight of 78 stone.

Please note if flight has to be rescheduled due to adverse weather conditions you will be able to reschedule for another date. Blue Yonder will liaise with you directly to give updates with regards to pre-planned flights and any expected weather conditions which may impact a pre-booked flight.

All seats are allocated by the pilot prior to boarding. The pilot considers the aircraft weight and balance, security, passenger mobility, etc. However, if you are purchasing a single seat experience and would like to guarantee to sit in the co-pilot's seat (next to the pilot) a supplementary charge of £20 is required; subject to availability and payable directly to venue.

High heels and flip flops are not recommended.

Suitable for those with mobility issues; no wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
