Hi I was wondering if it would be ok for 3 of us to come together for this deal and am still be accommodated for treatments? We are planning a weekday potentially 19th?

Planning on there being two of us. Is it two 25 min treatments each or one treatment each?
Is there an extra cost for the afternoon tea ?

Our vouchers are for spa treatments only, but you're welcome to contact NUSPA Durham directly on 0191 372 7222 to discuss the possibility and cost of adding an overnight stay to your booking and they'll be happy to advise.

What to expect

Spa day for one or two with a choice of 2 treatments each and use of facilities OR

Voucher is valid from Mon 6 Jan 2020 until Wed 30 Sep 2020, 7 days 10am – 7pm; subject to availability.

A supplementary charge of £10pp is required per person for Saturday and Sunday bookings; payable directly to spa.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 16 Sep 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Over 16s only. Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.

Groups permitted: max 2 people; subject to availability.

Includes 2 x 25 min treatments per person plus robe and towel hire. Please note that slippers/flip flops are not provided but members are welcome to bring their own.

Choose from the following treatments: Hot stone or Swedish back massage, mini Dermalogica facial, revitalising eye treatment or leg, ankle and foot massage; treatmen

Treatment may not be suitable during pregnancy/breast feeding or for cancer sufferers/those in remission.

If you have any medical conditions that might prevent you from having treatments or using the facilities included, please discuss directly with the spa prior to booking. Some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.

Options 2 & 4 include a traditional afternoon tea with tea and coffee served between 1pm – 4pm; menu is subject to change. Vegetarian options are available. No gluten / wheat free options.

Members can enjoy 25% off additional pre-booked treatments and 10% off food and drink in the hotel bar during their visit.

Locker use available for £1 which is returnable.

No wheelchair access available.

Free car parking available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile phone or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
