Voucher is valid until Fri 20 Apr 2018, Mon - Fri 9am - 8pm (treatment time) 9am - 10pm (leisure facilties), Sat & Sun 9am - 6pm (treatment time) 9am - 9pm (leisure facilities); subject to availability.

A supplementary charge of £10 per person is required for Saturday bookings; payable directly to spa.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 6 Apr 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Over 16’s only; under 18’s must be accompanied by an adult.

Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time; subject to availability.

Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding; massage can be adapted, please discuss at time of booking.

Facial only is suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission. 

Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.

Treatment duration: approx. 25mins or 55mins inc 5 mins consultation.

Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.

Flip flops can be purchased for a supplementary charge of £3 per person and towels and robes can be hired if required for a supplementary charge of £5 per person; payable directly to spa.

Includes access to leisure facilities: gym, spin studio, whirlpool spa, steam room, sauna & swimming pool.

Please note swimming pool can be busy; please discuss quieter times with spa at time of booking.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
