  • Your choice of midweek (Mon - Thu) or weekend (Fri - Sun) bookings

Mon - Thu: Voucher is valid from Mon 3 Oct 2022 until Thu 22 Dec 2022, Mon - Thu 9am - 5pm; subject to availability. Excludes Fri - Sun.

Fri - Sun: Voucher is valid from Sat 1 Oct 2022 until Fri 23 Dec 2022, Fri - Sun 9am - 5pm; subject to availability. Excludes Mon - Thu.

Voucher must be booked by Fri 11 Nov 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking. 

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Over 16s only.

Maximum of 2 vouchers per booking. It may not be possible for all guests to receive their treatments at the same time; times will be allocated as close together as possible; subject to availability.

Some of the treatments offered are not suitable for guests with certain medical ailments and conditions. Please inform spa if you have any of the following: epilepsy, allergies, heart condition, high/low blood pressure, scar tissue, varicose veins, skin conditions, diabetes, cancer, thyroid, pregnancy, recent operations. Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.

Treatment duration: approx. 50mins.

Treatment can be upgraded to a hot stone massage for £20pp; this must be arranged and paid for at the time of booking directly with spa.

Includes afternoon tea. Menu can be viewed here; subject to change. Gluten / wheat free, vegetarian and vegan options are available; please inform hotel of any dietary requirements when booking.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
