- Samosa Chaat - Crispy samosa topped with chickpeas, various chutneys and spices
- Amritsari Machi - Strips of fish are marinated with spices, flavoured with ajwain (carom seeds) and coated with a thick batter of gram flour
- Desi Fried Chicken - Chicken pieces that have been coated with spicy Indian gram flour batter and deep fried. Served with sweet chilli sauce.
Mains (Choose any two)
- Baingan Mirch Ka Saalan - made with aubergine, cooked with green chillies and Indian spices
- Tadka Dal - Lentil curry cooked with ginger, garlic and Indian spices finished with a touch of fresh coriander
- Reshmi Chicken Masala - rich creamy sauce finished with fine chopped spinach and garlic
- Malabari - coconut milk and loads of south Indian spices, finished with a temper of fried curry leaves, mustard seeds, and whole dried red chilli - available with paneer, chicken breast or prawns

- Includes 3 starters, 2 mains with a side of rice and naan to share per two people from the chef's choice menu; subject to change.
