Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 6 Dec 2021 until Thu 30 Dec 2021, valid Sun-Thu 2pm - 3:30pm; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines. 
• Excludes Fri-Sat & 25-26 Dec 2021.
• Voucher must be booked by Wed 22 Dec 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Max of 4 people per table. 
• Afternoon tea from the set menu. Menu is subject to change.
• Vegetarian options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking. No gluten / wheat free options available. 
• Option 2: Includes 125ml glass of Prosecco each. 
• Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink. 
• Table required back by 4:30pm. Last orders are at 4pm.
• Wheelchair access available. 
• Children permitted.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
