I have a credit to claim before the end of December, I have sent a few emails regarding this to claim as a gift voucher (the voucher was for my sister) and under the circumstances with covid she's not comfortable going out in busy places ,hence the reason for the voucher she can use whenever and wherever she wants the voucher is for £25 ,00 can you let me know ASAP as times running out .

What to expect

  • Afternoon tea for two with an optional glass of Prosecco each or bottle of Prosecco to share

Voucher is valid from Mon 17 Jan 2022 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, Sun - Fri 12noon - 4pm; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines. 

Excludes Saturdays, 14 Feb and 27 Mar 2022.

Voucher must be booked at least 24hrs in advance and by Tue 1 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted

Max of 3 vouchers per table.

Afternoon tea only; menu is subject to change.

Vegetarian, vegan, dairy & gluten-free options are available. 

Option 2: Includes a 125ml glass of Prosecco each.

Option 3: Includes a bottle of Prosecco to share.

Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.

Table required back after 1 hour 30 mins.

Wheelchair access & facilities available.

Children permitted.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.   

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
