What to expect

  • 2 or 3 night stay for two in a 1 bedroom cottage

Voucher is valid from Sat 1 Oct 2022 until Fri 31 Mar 2023, 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 23 Dec 2022 - 3 Jan 2023.

Voucher must be booked by Fri 17 Mar 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Stays are subject to availability.

Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Valid for stays in Primrose Garden, Chesnut Garden or Ivy Garden Cottage.

Check-in 5pm, check-out 10am.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly.

Children permitted and included in headcount. Cots can be provided free of charge for infants.

Pets permitted at a supplementary charge of £30 per cottage per stay; payable directly.

Limited wheelchair access available; please discuss requirements directly.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
