Hello, if I buy the 2 halo therapy sessions for £29. Can they be used used at the same time by 2 people as a group? i.e myself and my wife?

I can confirm groups of 2 can be booked and receive treatment at the same time; subject to availability.

What to expect

  • One or two 45 minute halotherapy sessions OR
  • One or two 30 minute InfraRed sauna sessions

Voucher is valid from Mon 22 Nov 2021 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, Mon – Sat 11am – 4pm; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.

Excludes Sundays, 25 Dec 2021 and 1 Jan 2022.

Voucher must be booked by Thu 17 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 2 per group; subject to availability.

Please consult with your doctor or physician if you have any concerns regarding halotherapy. Not advised for people with infections accompanied by fever, active tuberculosis, bleeding, spitting of blood, alcohol and/or drug intoxication.

Halotherapy duration: approx. 45mins per session. For mild to moderate respiratory conditions 10 to 12 sessions are recommended, depending on individual results. For skin issues it depends on the severity of the skin, please discuss directly with Serenity. Please consult with your doctor or physician if you have any concerns regarding halotherapy. Not advised for people with infections accompanied by fever, active tuberculosis, bleeding, spitting of blood, alcohol and/or drug intoxication.

InfraRed sauna duration: approx. 30mins per session

Please arrive 15mins in advance of your appointment time.

Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.

Wheelchair access available.

Advance booking required. 

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
