What is the service fee?
Events taking place at The Scottish Event Campus are subject to a Facility fee from SEC. The venue facility fee allows SEC to continue to invest in enhancing The Scottish Event Campus, so that they can keep safely and consistently delivering the highest quality experience for artists, promoters and fans.
This charge of £3.25 per person/ticket is collected by itison and passed to SEC in full.
To help cover the costs of services like 7 day customer support, and invest in new and innovative experiences, we charge a service fee when an order is placed.
This fee is based on the total value of your order before any promotions are applied. It has a minimum value of £0.49 and is capped at £9.49. You'll see the exact amount at checkout.
