This was our second time in 10 days at The Iron Duke and yet again we loved everything about it. Staff are exceptional, we were given a warm welcome, they were happy to go through the menu with us and service was great. We both started with scallops with cauliflower puree and that was absolutely amazing. For main course we both had the haggis, neeps and tatties . Delicious warming food for a cold January night. This lovely little bistro is a find! Book your table now as I guarantee you won’t be disappointed.

Had heard great things about Th Iron Duke and it more than lived up to my expectation. Staff friendly and chatty and keen to give you the best experience of their restaurant. Food is superb and beautifully presented. Also appreciated that you could reasonably “upgrade” your Itison voucher to purchase the very best of the a la carte menu. Superb. We will be back.
