You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.
In the event of cancellation after your reservation is confirmed with Peebles Hydro directly, the hotel will offer a transfer of dates within the promotional period, unfortunately stays cancelled less than 7 days prior to your stay will result in voucher being forfeited.
Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
