Voucher is valid from 03 Jan 2016 until 06 Mar 2016, 7 days, 10am - 5pm; subject to availability.
Advanced booking is required at weekends. Timed tickets must be reserved online at www.battleofbannockburn.com. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
Advanced booking is not required Mon – Fri; itison members must simply print their voucher and present for redemption on arrival.
Participants must bring both their printed e-ticket and itison voucher for redemption during their visit.
Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
Duration: recommended to allow approximately 90 minutes.
Comfortable footwear is recommended; visitors should expect to be on their feet most of the time when touring the main exhibition.
The imagery contains scenes of violence so National Trust for Scotland advises that the experience is suitable for visitors aged 7 years and above. Some content might not be suitable for some children. Parents, teachers and guardians should consider what is age-appropriate for children in their care.
Please note that all those under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Management reserve the right to refuse entry to those who are not accompanied by an adult and who have no way of proving they are 16 or over.
Family ticket includes two adults and up to four children only, other combinations are not permitted.
Wheelchair access.
You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. Outwith the 24hrs, members can move their experience time and date, however not beyond the duration of the offer; subject to availability. A booking can be cancelled to make the voucher valid again. The customer would then have to book online again. We will not be able to offer money for any cancellations, or tickets not used. Please discuss directly with The Battle of Bannockburn Experience.
