Drivers must be aged 23 and over with at least 2 years driving experience and under 70 years old.
Motorhomes can take two child seats, you must provide your own child seats, please discuss directly with Motorhome Hire Scotland when booking. Children are included in headcount.
Pick up locations: Geisher Road Industrial Park, Callander; alternatively, railway pick ups/drop offs can be arranged. Please discuss with Motorhome Hire Scotland when booking.
Pick up times: Mon and Fri from 2.30pm; drop off 10.30am.
Available vans: Swift escape 686 (6 berth), Swift escape 664 (4 berth), Rollerteam (6 Berth). Van specifications can be viewed here. Upgrade to Autocruise Oakmont 4 Berth £10 per night. The Autocruise Oakmont requires cat C1 on drivers licence, test before 1997. Please discuss with Motorhome Hire Scotland when booking.
All hires include comprehensive insurance and breakdown cover for 1 driver, additional drivers £20 each. No max number of insured drivers.
Insurance excess of £1200 requires £500 deposit by BACS transfer min 24 hours prior to collection, or by cash when picking up the vehicle.
A collision damage waiver can be signed to cap your liability or card details can be left with Motorhome Scotland. Please discuss directly when booking.
Over 6 points on the license of the driver will be subject to checks by the insurance company and may incur a supplement depending on the severity of the conviction / endorsement.
Bedding not included, except the bottom sheet which will be included on the fixed double bed. Additional bedding (double set) can be hired at an additional cost of £25 – must be pre-booked, payable to Motorhome Hire Scotland.
Hand towels and soap provided.
Gas will be charged per bottle used: £25 per bottle.

Milage 100 miles per night allowance, addition miles can be pre booked at 25p per mile or will be charged at 50p on return.
Max of 1 voucher can be purchased. Only one voucher can be used per hire.
Dogs are permitted in the vans at a supplement of £10 per pet, please arrange with and pay directly to Motorhome Hire Scotland. All pet hair and odours must be removed on return of the motorhome to the depot at the end of your holiday, if not a cleaning charge may apply.
