Match tickets and hospitality packs will only be issued after booking. There will be an administrative charge of £10 per ticket or pass re-issued payable on collection of the duplicate ticket or pass.
The hospitality bar will close 30 minutes after close of play. Guests are asked to kindly vacate the hospitality area within one hour of the close of play unless otherwise specified.
The removal of alcohol is strictly prohibited at all times and guests are reminded that any drinks taken onto the balcony area must be decanted into plastics glasses which are provided.
Only ticket holders are allowed within hospitality facility. It is not permissible to invite extra guests, as any unauthorised person seeking access will be politely refused
The booking is for the whole event, cricket and hospitality, regardless of game play due to weather conditions hospitality will go ahead unless advised otherwise.
Wine can be substituted for a soft drink.
Vegetarian/Gluten/Wheat free options available – must be advised when booking.
Car parking available £10 supplementary charge.
Tickets are non-refundable outwith 14 day cancellation period. If game does not go ahead on the day, customers will have the option to transfer to an equivalent game/package.
