A moderate level of fitness is required for canoeing. Canoeing does not have to be vigorous exercise, gentle paddling is acceptable so most people of varying fitness levels can take part.
Not suitable for those who are pregnant, suffer from epilepsy, heart problems or suffer from severe back, neck and shoulder problems. If unsure please discuss directly with Go Country.
Maximum weight restriction: 25 stone.
Swimwear, towel and trainers which can get wet must be brought.
Wet suits, helmets, waterproofs and buoyancy aids will be supplied by Go Country.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
