Check in and check out is 12pm. Late check out available for an additional £20 – payable to the hotel.
Children permitted: under 12s are free of charge (max of 2 children per room sharing with adults), children 12-16 have to pay supplement at time of booking of £10 per child per night (only 1 child permitted when sharing with adults), 16 years old onwards are classed as adults and will require their own room and voucher. Superior room is a double and can come with additional couch bed or single bed to accommodate children.
Parking available at £7 for 24 hours.
Only guide dogs are permitted.
Multiple voucher purchases permitted and can be used for consecutive nights stay.
You can also extend your stay for an additional cost – please discuss rates with hotel.
Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your stay.
Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
