Upgrade your rooms for an additional charge as follows: £10 per room night for a river view, £30 per room night for a deluxe room and £50 per room night for a suite.
Children permitted: 12 years old and under stay free of charge, 13 years old plus £15 each including extra bed and breakfast.
Pets permitted at £10 per pet per night – to be arranged with and paid directly to the hotel.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted but cannot be used for consecutive nights stay. If you wish to extend your stay, please discuss directly with the hotel.
Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your stay.
Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
