Voucher is valid from Mon 23 Oct 2017 until Fri 15 Dec 2017, Mon – Fri 10am – 8pm, Sat & Sun 9am – 7pm; subject to availability.
Afternoon tea is served between 1pm - 4pm in the Atrium Lounge.
A supplementary charge of £10 per person is required for Saturday and Sunday bookings; payable directly to hotel.
Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 1 Dec 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
Bookings must be made at least 72 hours in advance.
You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
Over 18’s only.
Group bookings are permitted; max of 4 per group and subject to availability.

Leisure facilities include indoor swimming pool, steam room, sauna and spa bath.

Inc a choice of Caudalie treatments: divine massage, radiance taster facial or divine scalp & shoulder massage.
Please arrive 40 mins prior to your treatment time.
Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
Treatment is not during suitable pregnancy/breastfeeding and not suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
Treatment is also not suitable for those with diabetes or high blood pressure.
Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.
Treatment duration: approx. 35 or 50 mins.
Deal is valid for fully qualified therapists.
Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
