Love staying at the Gairloch Hotel.
Had a slight hiccup at check in with them having no record of it.
It resolved quickly by the receptionist.

It was a very cold day on the day of arrival and there was a significant draught coming in at the edge of the window which was contributing to the room being very cold on the first night. After that the weather improved a bit on subsequent days and the room heating was sorted out so we enjoyed the stay.

The hotel is of a good standard, clean and comfortable, with a stunning location overlooking Gairloch Beach and the Torridon hills.
The rooms are basic but adequate. The breakfast buffet was sparse - however due to storm damage the dining room was closed with breakfast / meals being relocated to the bar area.
Car parking can be challenging at times, as it is limited and fills up quickly.
I have stayed on a number of previous occasions and intend to again

The hotel has obviously undergone a bit of a refurbishment which is great (Unfortunately though a recent storm has damaged the dining room. The hotel is coping well with this problem and made good alternative arrangements in other rooms for dining). Our bedroom was bright fresh comfortable and clean. There is a new revised menu in the restaurant which is good - the vegan cottage pie was excellent. Staff are as nice as ever and great to see some pre Covid staff back. All in all a very enjoyable stay.

Good value for money and excellent helpful staff. The restaurant served food better than I expected and the room had exceptional views over towards Skye. The hotel was warm and cosy.
