Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 7 Sept 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max of 2 vouchers per purchase.
Suitable for ages 16+.
Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 2 per group; subject to availability.
Massage is not suitable during pregnancy under 12 weeks and not suitable for the 'Wallow in the mud' experience.
Treatment is not recommended for cancer sufferers/those in remission; doctors authorisation will be required.
Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.
Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
A supplement of £20 applies for the removal of gel nails; please pay hotel directly.
Includes afternoon tea and a glass of Prosecco each; alcohol can be substituted for a soft drink.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
