One voucher can be redeemed per person; one additional voucher can be purchased as a gift.
Appointments must be booked by 20th June 2013 or you risk forfeiting your voucher.
Voucher includes 3 appointments; consultation, follow up & treatment itself will take 30mins.
Consultations need to be taken by 1st July, all treatments & follow up appointments must be completed before expiry date.

Not suitable if pregnant, suffering from cancer or in remission. Also not suitable for those with false teeth, dentures of braces.

Group bookings are not permitted.
Treatment can last up to 5 months dependent on diet & care of individual.
Advanced booking required. Members must book 4 weeks in advance of their preferred date. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment.
Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
