Fantastic treatments, spa staff friendly and helpful. Not a great menu choice for lunch….spa package had its own set menu and one staff member in particular was not pleasant. Dining area had lots of seats but spa package guests were all seated in small tables very close to one another. Normal menus taken out of our hands even though we were able to use the monetary value against this when we asked. The staff in the leisure area couldn’t have been more helpful.

The staff were friendly and facilities were clean. However, the treatments we received could have been better to what was delivered and experienced for similar offers in other spas in Glasgow area. The pool area and general wet areas of the centre are tired and could do with a refresh and are facilities more akin to a leisure centre and at the time of visit one of the saunas and jacuzzis were out of service. We had food off the Al a cart menu and this was not great very basic and was very expensive for what we got compared to the similar type of food offered in other establishments which would be better quality.

I booked this voucher as a 30th birthday gift for my new sister-in-law and luckily her treatments were great, however I had a less pleasant experience and have been left with a sore back with 2 deep weals following my massage. The lunch was lovely, and facial was very relaxing however massage was unlike anything I have had before. I have emailed the spa and am yet to hear anything back after sending on pictures of my injury. Very disappointed.

Spa staff and treatments first class, excellent. Lunch and restaurant also very good.
However totally let down by pool and changing rooms, they are desperately in need of an overhaul. Steel hoarding around disused dip pool, door off one sauna, roof tiles stained, paint flaking off walls in female changing area. Pool also very busy with prebooked classes, so was noisy and not a huge amount of space to relax in.

Was a lovely day only thing I didn't like was you had to walk from the pool to the spa in towel , wasn't willing to pay £10 per person extra on top of what I had already paid , I'm a regular spa user all over Scotland and this is the first time iv encountered this in any of the multiple spas I attend annually, also its advertised spa day with lunch , when it's only a voucher for £10 towards a lunch which cost a lot more for anything on the menu , a mention for Amy in the spa , massage & facial was very enjoyable and relaxing

Had a massage by Sarah and it was very good as I have trouble with my shoulders / back so asked for it to be medium / firm.
Pool felt a bit run down / dirty tiles. Sauna was enjoyable.
Food in the restaurant was lovely but the £10pp off doesn’t get you much.

Additional cost for:
robe and slippers £10 each
2 course lunch with 2 soft drinks £63 less £20 voucher include in deal lunch ok
Spa very separate from pool sauna changing rooms means walking round walk feels like leisure club
Relaxation room poor description more like waiting room with low lights 3 sofas and stools this was full of people waiting for treatments it not a relaxation room.
Treatments lovely.
Its not as good as other hotel spa days, bought as gift would have been embarrassing had I not been there to pick up extra costs.
