Mussels were odd. Very hard to open and to pick out! Rest of meal was fine. Staff were lovely.

Started with a cocktail each, they were well made and so tasty, unfortunately that was the end of anything being ‘so tasty’. Starters were mussels which were hard to get into and minuscule, best thing was the marinara sauce. Lentil soup was okay but bread served without butter is not good. Now the Mains! My fish and chips - fish batter thick and oily, chips really burnt, husband crispy pork belly - no more pork belly than flying in the air, was bits of bacon sitting in over salted strange coloured mash! I sent back most of mine, ate the fish and peas but left most of the batter. Told both staff who attended us that the food was dire, one asked if I would like anything else but I turned that offer down. This bar should concentrate on serving and having cocktail classes, forget about the food. I did see another lady having fish and chips and her chips were burnt too

There was no ambiance as you’re sitting in a pub, but the food was plentiful and staple pub grub.

Had the pizza and wine deal, it was amazing, pizzas were some of the best I've had, so fresh n piping hot when served, lovely cocktail made by our server, Reagan, who was a star. Was really attentive and a credit to the place. Will definitely go back....
