One voucher can be redeemed per group of up to 4 people; multiple vouchers can be purchased as gifts only.
Cancellations can be made within 24 hours of the booking being accepted. Bookings cancelled outwith this period will be forfeited.

Children are permitted. All children over 2 years old must be included in the total headcount of the offer.
Members wishing to book a week long stay may purchase a midweek and weekend voucher to be used consecutively; subject to availability.
Members are required to provide their own towels and are advised to bring a torch as there is no artificial lighting on the cabin site.
A limited number of pet friendly cabins will be available. Please discuss this directly with Forest Holidays at time of booking. A supplement of £10 per dog, per night applies. A maximum of 3 dogs are permitted per cabin.
Two parking spaces are available per cabin. Additional parking can be arranged at a supplement. Please discuss this directly with Forest Holidays.
Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
