Coffee boxes are shipped monthly. The next shipment date is the 18th of Jun. Delivery is a max of 3 days from shipment.

Upon purchase of the coffee box subscription you will be entered into a rolling monthly contract. The subscription will cost £18.99 a month. Your subscription to Independent Coffee Box will remain in effect until you cancel it. It must be cancelled at least 48 hours before your next scheduled payment date. You can cancel by logging into your account here and clicking the 'subscriptions' tab. From here you can downgrade/cancel your subscription.
Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or offer.
You are entitled to cancel and receive a full refund provided that you exercise your right within 7 working days after the day on which you receive the products.
If you have submitted your order and received your confirmation email, you can still cancel your order up to the point of dispatch. Please email your cancellation marked ‘URGENT CANCELLATION’ in the title and ensure you list your name, address, product ordered and order code on the email.
If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched you will need to wait until you receive the product and then follow the Returns procedure.
In the event of goods being returned, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the items. We will refund the voucher cost within 14 days of receiving your returned goods.
