It was nice that dogs were allowed but breakfast in the bar area not so nice. I know it depends on dog but our dog would've been perfectly well behaved in the breakfast room where it would've been a bit warmer for us as we were a wee bit cold in bar area.

Lovely hotel, Estate Room restaurant has excellent food and staff. Breakfast was very chaotic and was not a great experience , that needs reviewing!

We have been to the Lochrannoch Hotel several times and it is always a great experience. The staff, food and service is always really good and we have not been let down there. We go for relaxation and being able to take our dog makes it an ideal stay. There are fabulous new dog beds, bowl and towels in the rooms for our furry friends with a packet of snacks for them too - this is all new but it is welcome.
It is recommended to book a spa appointment before a stay as it was fully booked when we were there. The indoor poor and outdoor sports looked good but we didn't use them.

Staff and food beyond excellent, our only problem was the size of the room.although we paid extra to get a view of the Loch ,the room was small with a smaller than a double bed ,and if you sat on the toilet your arms bumped off the wall on one side and the shower on the other.you had to come out of bathroom to get dried.Anyone with medical condition who needs room in the bathroom would not have coped with this room.it wouldn’t stop is going back we would just ask for a bigger room.

It was as expected as been before. What could be improved is a change of dishes in main restaurant as having been several times before it’s the same menu.
