Nice hotel pleasant staff. Breakfast not quite up to scratch, on until 10am but when we went down at 9 o’clock some of the food was a bit dried up and there was no eggs left on the service. When I asked if more would be available I was told I could order some from the kitchen but it would take 5 minutes or so. It could have been better.

Brilliant hotel with lovely staff. Stayed in this hotel lots of times since it opened and my husband and I love it. The food is nice too and so are the rooms. What more can we ask for!!

The hotel is in an excellent location and was very clean. My only complain was l had a late check out, 12noon. I went for a walk and arrived back at the hotel at 10.30am to find my room door wide open and no-one to be seen. My suitcase was packed ready to go sitting inside the room door. I took my suitcase and walked down to reception. Anyone could have taken my suitcase. That was a big disappointment. Why give customers a late check out only to go into their room at 10.30am and because l was not there, just start cleaning it. I could have wanted to come back and have a shower etc. This would not have been possible.

Clean, vibrant, helpful staff, good size room. Bar and restaurant areas were nice.

We booked the Maldron as we were going to concert at the Theatre Royal which was just round the corner, only a couple of minutes walk. The Pavilion was also directly opposite. Well located for bus station and Buchanan Galleries shopping centre.
Breakfast was buffer style but regularly replaced and very fresh. Good selection. We would definitely stay here again.

This was our second visit to the Maldron and our experience was very good. Would go again if visiting Glasgow.
