We spent a lovely , relaxing afternoon tea at Whitekirk Hill, to celebrate a birthday. It was very well presented and served to us by extremely friendly ,attentive staff , not OTT, nothing was too much trouble.
Thankyou

Food was enjoyable, and staff were friendly, however the atmosphere in the restaurant doesn’t lend itself to afternoon tea. Children bouncing balls in the restaurant and barking dogs are not for me.
I was also concerned with staff touching dogs (including wiping the dog’s mouth) and then bot appearing to wash their hands before serving next customer.

Nice to go there if you’re out for a drive. Very nice staff, very clean and welcomes dogs.
Food & drink was lovely.
We would certainly go back there.

Lovely friendly welcome and shown to table already set for our afternoon tea. Friendly attentive staff throughout and chef brought out afternoon tea display and happy to chat. Excellent variety and quality ingredients in sandwiches and sweet treats. Prawn cocktail was also a very nice surprise treat. Tea/coffee selection excellent and staff happy to top up.

Afternoon tea was lovely. There was a good selection and what a selection it was, we couldn't finish it! Facilities were very clean and staff were more than accommodating to our needs. Would highly recommend :)

Sandwiches must have been wrapped in cling film as the white bread was a bit soggy. Wouldn't return for Afternoon tea.

The dining area is light and airy with the option of eating outside (it was too windy the day we visited). Service was prompt and the afternoon tea was well presented. Scones and cakes were delicious and sandwich fillings were generous.
