My partner and I very much enjoyed our stay as It was our 2nd stay at the hotel therefore our expectations were expected. I would like to point out though, that the lack of hotel parking Is still non existent and only near by. This would be advantageous going forward. Also, there were no USB point switches for charging my mobile phone in our room, but staff were happy to help with this. However overall everything was very good.

Our overnight stay exceeded expectations. The hotel is beautiful and full of character. Service and food were excellent. The only aspect which could be improved is if the hotel offered the option of a twin room, however we were offered a Zed bed.

Beautiful hotel, richly decorated and old Scottish manor style with themes of Rabbie Burns throughout. The location is perfect. Our bedroom looked right onto Burns monument and the beautiful gardens. Directly opposite is the auld Kirk where his parents are buried and which hosted the witches ceilidh in Tam O’Shantel. The Brig (Bridge) o’ Doon - the famous bridge straddling the River Doon - is amazing and the hotel has the most beautiful gardens. Burns Cottage is a short walk away. The Hotel food was excellent and plentiful. Really lovely.
Parking is in the nearby church grounds, although there is limited parking alongside the hotel.
