First time in Cridos, dog friendly a plus. Staff very friendly, afternoon teas were very nice, husband had a meal and dessert off the menu and thoroughly enjoyed his meal. Will visit again.

Staff were attentive when we arrived. We both chose tea and this was served, a decent sized pot each and refills were offered if we needed it. When the food arrived the waitress pointed out that the scones, jam and cakes were all home made. There were 2 sandwiches each but weren’t told what the fillings were but two were coronation chicken. The other two looked like chicken tikka? All very well if you like spicy food. The scones were nice, along with the homemade jam. The cakes on the top consisted of small slices of tiramisu, couldn’t guess the flavour of the others. Small filled shortbread biscuits and macarons completed the choice. Ok, it’s a Mediterranean style restaurant but when I phoned to book I wasn’t asked about any taste preferences or allergies which is usually the question most places enquire about. Not that we have any allergies we’re aware of. Perhaps Crido’s could amend this for future afternoon tea bookings. Also, I regret to say that I was violently sick about an hour after I got home.

All ok but nothing special, red house wine very weak and poor quality.

Definitely serve steaks on a sizzling platter to keep it hot to the end. I was only half way through when it was cold.
