Our hotel stay was just wonderful. Hotel location was ideal for getting around the city. The staff were all amazing - friendly and welcoming. Our evening meal was really good - and again the staff in the restaurant were fantastic and very attentive. The breakfast was also very good and the tea/coffee and food were all nice and warm. The room was nice and clean although a little small. Only one tiny issue was that the room we had backed onto a pub which had music on - so it was a little loud. Apart from that cannot fault the hotel and would definitely go back.

Comfortable, warm room after an upgrade at reasonable price. Adequate breakfast with good service. Noted certain cutbacks,
no biscuits, shower caps etc.
Welcoming staff.

The hotel is in a great location for train/bus station, and near to shops/restaurants etc. Reception staff friendly and helpful, restaurant looks like it has been refurbished recently. The food was excellent, and the menu offers great choice for lunch or dinner. Breakfast was good, plenty options. The room was clean, though a bit tired. The main issue with our stay was the lack of hot water in the mornings, cold showers each day. Staff assured us it was sorted after first day, however same thing happened next morning. Apart from that we enjoyed our stay.........

Wasn't the best room must have been down the alley, frosted windows which I felt a bit bizarre.
