If children (up to 14 yrs) are staying as additional guests, you must upgrade to a family room (max 2 children) for a supplement of £30 per room per night. Infants (up to 2 years) may stay in a cot free of charge - arrange with hotel.
No pets permitted.
Multiple voucher purchases permitted and can be used for consecutive nights stay.
Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your stay.
Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
