My husband and I have stayed here a couple of times before and really enjoyed staying at the hotel. Nice and central for shopping and train/bus stations.
For one or two nights stays , what we tend to do, there is nothing that needs to be improved

This is in a perfect location for getting off the train and spending a night close to plenty options for food and drinks, visiting local things.
The staff were friendly and the bedroom was comfy with good views over the city. Generally the hotel was clean and well kept but the bar area was a bit messy in the evening.
I do think the breakfast could be better in terms of variery and quality.
OVerall the value of the Itison voucher os good and I have bought another one to use later in the year.

Great hotel spotlessly clean, spacious room, next to train and bus station, main entrance through Union Street shopping complex that has lots of shops, restaurants and a cinema, but another door takes you out onto Main Street.
The hotel has a really nice bar which serves meals the breakfast was great.
Across the road from Tivoli theatre with lots going on, a short walk to Maritime Museum.

We have stayed a few times as it is so central. We enjoyed our stay but couldn’t get a room near the lift with a walk in shower. I’ll have to book earlier next time

We enjoyed our 2-night stay in Aberdeen. The room was comfortable and we slept well. Breakfast was enjoyable, but some items were unavailable when we went to eat at 0945 ie pastries, croissants. The Reception and bar staff gave us a warm welcome and the breakfast staff were pleasant. The complimentary Prosecco is a nice touch and we felt relaxed and well looked after. A lovely experience.

The hotel is in an excellent location with the bus and rail station along with Union Square shopping centre all on hand. The reception staff were all friendly and efficient with a special mention for the duty manager Morgan who was so helpful.
The breakfast was good but the bar grill evening meal was disappointing maybe being the Monday the kitchen were understaffed.. Very comfortable and well appointed bedroom, so lovely to get a mirror that you can see to put on your makeup and nice toiletries in the en-suite. It was very good value with the voucher.

Breakfast after the first night (Wednesday) everything was fine but on the following day, (Thursday) breakfast was a bit chaotic due to continual need to refill the coffee/tea machines and very slow replenishment of one milk jug, which seemed to need to be shared by cereals and hot drinks (hence rapid use). Maybe this was due to a shortage as staff as we saw only two very busy people the whole time. It meant that our nice hot main food went cool as we waited for the replenishment of the coffee machines.
Otherwise, the food and all else was fine.

Was as expected however could improve by advising guests how to enter hotel when Aberdeen shopping centre is closed. Breakfast ok but pear innedible; fried eggs rubbery; decaffeinated coffee jar empty and had to ask for more.
