Did NOT enjoy this at all as the steak didn’t meet expectations Dined here before at end of February and the steak was melt in mouth tender and tasty as it should be On this occasion it was tough and chewy and even after returns for further cooking it was barely eatable Most of it was left back on the plate partially chewed after brave attempts to consume it without embarrassment for other diners
Improvements? I would suggest a review of the butcher as in my view we were served an inferior quality product
One other thing is that the dining table was far too small for comfort as we felt we were constantly at risk of knocking over the wine glasses while disguising our attempts to eat

Bought as a gift for my parents, despite the restaurant being pretty much empty the service wasn’t great.
The chateau briand was made up of end pieces rather than one piece sliced.
They were also over charged which wasn’t noticed until after payment, when they enquired about it they were told they didn’t know what it was on their bill and they would have to contact head office for a refund.
Over not a great experience

The atmosphere was a bit flat in restaurant itself. Some staff looked tired.

Unfortunately myself and other members experience at Beat 6 wasn’t good. The value for meal was just not worth it. £10 for 5 prawns, although that was the only good food we enjoyed at the table. For main, the 4 small fish coujons placed down in front were tasteless, thin and like cardboard. The flat iron steak was mostly full of fat which made most of the steak inedible. The mains were not worth it in the 2 course deal for what you got at all, especially when you have to then order chips etc to accompany your meal for another £5 on top of the £27 courser. The chateubriand came out freezing, not even the sauce could heat it up but after waiting 45/60 min wait for our main course at 9pm at night, that was not the best service. It took a further while to have the plates taken away and to get a waiters attention. Unfortunately, would not be back and would not recommend as both the food and value for money was certainly not adequate.
