Mamasan Ingram Street Glasgow
Absolutely brilliant restaurant few minutes walk from Queen Street station.
Ambience the minute you walk in the door, nice window table and offered water immediately.
We had itison deal £29 for 2 courses and prosecco each or 6 tapas and prosecco each.
We opted for the 2 courses as hubby always feels the tapas aren't enough! Well on the menu they have small plates which are your starters and mains.
We both opted for the ribs to start with the portions were massive! How wrong was hubby about that! We could have had one between two! Absolutely falling off the bone and an amazing sauce, best I have tasted since around the 70s when we used to go to Century 54 every Saturday in Glasgow!
Mains went for the chicken dish omg the portions were huge and again we could have split one portion needless to say we left almost a full portion but honestly the flavours were amazing, very much a peanut base sauce full of flavour spicy but not too spicy with lovely bowl of rice
Waiter was great as always very friendly and efficient.
Ambience. 10
Food. 10.
Value deal. 10

Definitely recommend and will return.
The deal finishes at 4pm

The starters of ribs were excellent and although the flavours of the chicken stir fry were very good the checked was over cooked and dry. I would go back again and hopefully enjoy it more next time.

Will definitely return. Entire experience was so enjoyable from start to finish. Each dish had so much flavour and looked beautiful. Service was excellent.

Restaurant had run out of numerous items in menu. Ribs tasted burned. The blond waitress was very rude and unwelcoming. All other waiters very nice and helpful. Thought the food was ok but nothing special
