Voucher is valid from Mon 15 Jul 2024 until Sat 14 Sep 2024, Wed - Sun 10am - 7pm; subject to availability.
Voucher must be booked by Fri 30 Aug 2024 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
Over 18s only.
Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding or for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.
Treatment duration: approx. 30 or 50 mins plus 2 hrs access to facilities.
Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
No wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
