Lovely, but small and overpriced for what it is. We often go when there are itison or planet offers deals but out with this or often even with deals, I'd say it's not worth it. Good for little ones 2 and under for sensory.

Not much there, very busy, unable to see certain things due to tourists not allowing children in to see the fish

My daughter has autism so we actually didn't get to see as much as we could have but she gave it a go and what we did see was great, seahorses were beautiful, I personally loved the otters. There was a free cinema too but we didn't get to sit in. Had a snack in the cafe too which was good, fantastic views of the loch. Paid £15 for a photo book with 1 photo of my family but they did filter it to look like we were in a shark. Dont know if I would pay full price but was good value with the itison deal.

A fabulous day out with our 4 year old grandaughter. Staff were all very welcoming and pleasant. We visited the cinema too and that was great. Also popped in to the coffee shop where the staff were so nice too and lovely coffee and not overpriced. Great views of Loch Lomond from the 4th floor. Made a few purchases from the gift shop where there were items for all budgets. Overall this was a great day out.

Great visit with the grandchildren. This was their 3rd visit so knew what to expect but they still loved every minute. They enjoy learning new things each time. Staff helpful, knowledgeable and cheerful

It was too rushed for the photos at the beginning. Walkways are quite narrow and quickly congested. Our 4 year old, however, was enthralled. Cinema seems a huge waste of space. Sound and cartoon quality could have been better. Poor selection in the cafe.

More sealife lots of wasted space level 2-4. More interactive activities for kids.
