Gift card/parking pass must be collected between 6th & 30th Mar 2014, Mon-Wed, Fri & Sat 9am-6pm, Thurs 9am-8pm, Sun 11am-5pm; subject to availability.
Both gift card & parking pass expire one year from the date of collection.
During the lifetime of the gift card, available stores are subject to change.
Gift Card cannot be used in The Pretzel Shop, The Good Food Shop and The Card Factory.
Gift Card acts as a preloaded MasterCard – you should treat the Gift Card like cash. If the Gift Card is lost or stolen, you may lose the stored value.
Gift Cards cannot be used to buy foreign currency.
The free parking pass can only be used in Harriet Street & Loch Street car parks. It can only be used for one visit. The car parking pass entitles you to 12 hours free parking in either car park.
When you use the Gift Card, the Retailer should provide you with a receipt similar to that provided with a credit or debit card transaction. Please check the receipt to verify the transaction amount. If the amount is incorrect, you should notify the Retailer to correct the error. If you have a problem with a purchase or a dispute with a Retailer, you must deal directly with the Retailer.
